About Event

This inter-college techno-management fest preludes in about the 3rd week of February and persuades about 2 to 3 days witnessing participation of about more than 3,000 students of B.I.T Sindri and other nearby colleges like I.S.M Dhanbad, B.I.T Mesra, N.I.T Jamshedpur, N.I.T Durgapur, I.I.T Kharagpur, and other colleges from Jharkhand, Orissa and West Bengal (Please refer the brochure for more information). It is seen as a congregation of budding technocrats from the Eastern Region of India coming together under a unified arena to showcase their zeal and aspirations for mutual exchange of technical knowledge and companionship. A huge amount is given away as lucrative prize money along with gift hampers and goodies to the winners of the fest events. This fest is organized by the Model Club of B.I.T Sindri, which is the official technical club of the institute functioning from over 35 years successfully .

"Scientica" – This national level Technical Quiz "Scientica" is the platform from where we received our appellation - which is an inter college quiz competition. "Mr./Miss Engineer" -- A real clash of titans between all final year students and a laptop computer is given away as a prize. "Mega Show" -- In order to serve something technical, something different yet enjoyable, we organize a mega show every year like Laser Show, Sand Art, Aerobotics Show, etc . "Bike Assembling" -- Which is the most popular of technical contests, students assemble a dismantled motor bike under a supervision of a mechanic. “Workshops”-- To help the engineers-of-tomorrow hone their technical skills, workshops are organized under the able conductance of professional certified organizations. "Modex"-- This national level model exhibition provides perfect platform for school and college students to showcase their talent. "Robotics", "Software Competitions", "Management Competitions", “Technical Paper Presentations”, “Business Plans” and many more. for one event - Rs. 80 for two events - Rs. 100 for three and more any number of events - Rs. 140
